Generally our FD30 steel fire doors sets consist of door frame and door leaf. We can also provide individually the door frame or door leaf.Door leaf is filled with 38 mm thick fireproof perlite board with density of 300±30 kg/m³_. And the door leaf panel is covered on both sides with 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. Finishes of the panel can be powder coating, heat transfer printing, ready for painting and others as request. Besides, every door of us can be made to your specific requirement for sizes, colors, applications etc.Thickness of the galvanized steel sheet for the fd30 fire door frame starts from 1.2 mm via 1.5 mm to 1.8 mm, or even 2.0 mm. Inside there is also fireproof perlite board as infilling material and the frame depth reaches at least 90 mm. We can also manufacture FD30 fire door frames in a range of finishes according to your requirements. Also we will make you suggestions on finishes choice for different applications.
 

 Certification
 
All of Zhongwo FD30 steel fire doors are class A fire doors and are certified according to BS476-22:1987, UL10(c)&UL10(b). We can provide you with relevant testing report and certificates in order to verify the door’s fire integrity and insulation.
 
Main Points of Installation
 
Firstly the fire doors must be opened outwards, in the direction of corridors and evacuation passages. There are two kinds of installation type for pipe shaft door, that are installation on ground directly and raised one (with low wall and opening hole on the wall). Excluding floor tile and other factors, measure the size of the wall opening and install the doors. According to whether there are other obstacles on the left and right sides of the door, such as fire hydrant box, elevator door, column and other factors to choose the opening direction of the door, that is, opening left and right .
