 Interior Fire Doors

Zowor offers single or doubel swing opening 30/60/90 minutes Interior fire wooden doors manufactured from mineral core(fireproof perlite board) or particle board core materials. They meet all requirments of fire rated wooden doors applied for room and corridor partition openings according to British standard BS476-part 22:1987. These doors are manufactured with the Superstile for superior screw holding strength and split resistance. We have a variety of wood veneers to choose from as well as several fire rated glass options.

- Size: Max. for single door is 4' X 8'(1105 X 2403mm), max. szie for double door is 8' X 8'(2403 X 2403mm) 
- Fire Rating FD30, FD60, FD90
- Mineral Core is high density fireproof perlite board that meets the criteria
  for 30, 60, and 90 minute fire rated doors
- Frame Options: timber frame made of solid wood with bonded fireproof board or metal frame

   made of 18 Gauge(1.2mm) galvanized steel

- Finish: Natural veneer with PU painting, Artificial veneer with PU painting, Laminate, HPL, PVC 

- Weight: 30Kg/m² for fire rated wooden doors with mineral core; 35Kg/m² for doors with particle board

- Structure: 38mm thick mineral core + 3mm thick MDF transition layers on both sides + 0.5mm thick finishes on both sides;

Frame Options

Standard frames for Zowor wooden interior fire doors are solid wood with bonded fireproof board. The other choice is metal frames which are made from galvanized steel in thickness of 1.2mm. Frame types are single rabbet and double rabbet frames. 

Frame thickness will be customized according to your wall thickness. Normally it ranges from 150mm to 300mm. We can also match suitable fireproof wooden architraves with timber frames. Sizes of architraves are 60 x 25mm, 70 x 25mm, 80 x 25mm, customization is also available. 

Ironmongery 

According to standard, fire rated wooden doors are tested as a doorset including door leaf, frame, architrave, accessories and hardware, which means all of hardware items used on fire doors must also be fireproof ones. As standard Zowor provide fireproof hinges, locks, flush bolts and closers. Zowor doors can also come with safety chain, bottom seals, kick plates and pull & push plates with handles etc.
