Product Description

Zhongwo steel Fire door is widely used in all kinds of public Fire -proof areas because of its solid structure and simple shape. Inlaid with fire -proof expansion sealing pieces, the door frame is made of high quality galvanized steel strip, which is one-time rolled and formed through the special production line, without impact sound when closing. Beams are connected with mullions by 90° angle welding, and the large size door frame can be assembled with bolts. The door leaf adopts the process that high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet is bent by the bending machine precisely, and its interior is filled with green and perlite board which has characters of fireproof, heat & sound insulation and its surface adopts technology without welding spots, so that to get smooth appearance.

Material: The door frame adopts cold rolled galvanized steel plate with thickness of no less than 1.2mm.
The door leaf adopts cold rolled galvanized steel plate with thickness of no less than 0.8mm.
Hardware fitting backboard adopts ordinary steel plate with thickness of no less than 3.0mm.

Hardware fittings:The famous high-grade fire lock, door closer, fire prevention hinge, sequencer, latch etc.with characteristics that flexible, safe, reliable, and so on. They are approved by the national recognized inspection authority, and the performance meet GB12955-2008 appendix A, B, C, D.

The expansion seals surround door leaf and frame, which ensure good effect for smoke resistant and make more time for life rescuing. 

Features

1. Insulation and fire prevention. All the products get through the international inspection, and we can provide fire doors with fire resistance level of A1.50, B1.0 and C0.50. All of our products are Class A;

2. Filled in high refractory and heat-insulating material to ensure life safety;

3. Thickening and reinforcement, solid construction, stable bearing and impact resistance;

4. There is no soldering point on the surface of the product, which is easy to disinfect and clean;

5. Equipped with opening and closing fire door closer of 500,000 times, so that the door has the function of self-closing;

6. The emergency escape channel can be configured with an escape push bar lock to meet the emergency escape evacuation function;

7. Special channel can be equipped with double-opening anti-directional fire door products to meet the requirements of fire escape.

Fire Resistance Rating(FRR):

Grade A: 1.5 Hours

Grade B: 1.0 Hour

Grade C: 0.5 Hour

Class A: also known as fully insulated door sets, it can meet the requirements of fire insulation and fire integrity at the same time within the prescribed time. The fire-resistance rating is 0.5h (Grade C), 1.0h (Grade B), and 1.5h (Grade A ) and 2.0h, 3.0h.

Class B: also known as partially insulated door sets, its fire insulation requirement is 0.5h and fire integrity rating is 1.0h,1.5h, 2.0h and 3.0h.

Class C: also known as no insulated door sets. There is no requirement for fire insulation. It only need to meet the requirement of fire integrity within the prescribed fire time and the fire integrity rating is 1.0h, 0.5h, 2.0h and 3.0h. We can get the content of no insulated door sets in BS standard.
