Product Description
Zhongwo steel Fire door is widely used in all kinds of public Fire -proof areas because of its solid structure and simple shape. Inlaid with fire -proof expansion sealing pieces, the door frame is made of high quality galvanized steel strip, which is one-time rolled and formed through the special production line, without impact sound when closing. Beams are connected with mullions by 90° angle welding, and the large size door frame can be assembled with bolts. The door leaf adopts the process that high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet is bent by the bending machine precisely, and its interior is filled with green and perlite board which has characters of fireproof, heat & sound insulation and its surface adopts technology without welding spots, so that to get smooth appearance.
All of Zhongwo steel fire doors are certified in accordance with american standard such as UL10(b) and UL10(c). We have WHI certificates for steel doors with fire rating up to 120 min and the maximize size is about 8' X 8' for pair doors.
Structure
The whole door consists of door face sheet and infilling materials. The thickness of galvanized steel sheet on both sides is normally 0.8 mm and infilling materials are usually perlite board, options for you there are also honeycomb paper, mineral core etc.
For frame we have single rebatte and double rebatte for your choice. The steel sheet is generally 1.2 mm thick.

Reinforcements
· Top and bottom of doors shall be reinforced with continuous 16-gauge steel channels, spot welded to both sides of doors.
· Hinge reinforcements shall be 11-gauge steel angle, 12" long
· Cylindrical lock reinforcement shall be 16-gauge with 11-gauge thread depth. Other lock and closer reinforcements shall be 12-gauge.
· Doors shall be reinforced for all surface type hardware. Drilling and tapping of surface hardware to be done in the field by the erector.
· Edges of door shall be continuously seam welded, ground, and filled to ensure a smooth finish.
