Test standard of our UL steel fire doors is NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104, UL10(b) and UL10(c), under which our fire doors can keep its integrity within 180mins.

Dimension

Single Door: 1200 mm wide by 2400 mm high

Pair Door: 2100 mm wide by 2400 mm high

Which means we can attach UL certificates individually for single door no wider than 1200 mm and no higher than 2400 mm; for pair door the width not over 2100 mm and height not over 2400 mm.

Thickness

Thickness of door stays 45 mm regardless of various fire ratings from 20mins via 60mins to 180mins.

Accessories

We paste around the door leaf perimeter fireproof expand smoke intumuscent which can stop flames and smoke from spreading through gaps between door leaf and frame. The sizes of intumescent stripes are normally FPJ-B-25X2mm and FPJ-B-20X2mm.
Other than smoke intumuscent we also customize door handles, push plates, door stoppers and others for you.
Installation
Installation plays a great important role in making a successful door for you. Our boss said, what makes it successful is 30% manufacture and 70% installation.
We have our own installation team to make sure the last step of our service for us perfect.

Package

Door & Frame

Our fire door and frame are individually packed. We wrap firstly one layer perlite cotton around door and frame. Then we equip foam plates around 4 edges to protect them from striking during delivery. Thirdly we cover two foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates. At last we pack the doors and frames into strong carton.  

Besides, we can also make wooden or steel pallet for you. Extra fees will be caculated then. 

Hardware & Accessory

Ironmongery and fitting will be packed into strong carton separately.
