FUL Steel Fire Door

Zhongwo Fire Door began its work in 1995 as a rural workshop of only 15 people. Over the past 24 years, we have grown to 2 production bases with a total area of over 89,000 m² and a modern group company with more than 400 employees. Thanks to our state-of-the-art full-time production line, we can produce one door in 1 minute, so our daily output is 1,000 doors.

When it comes to steel fire doors, we have different standards that meet the different needs of buyers from different countries.

Standard of UL listed fire doors: UL10 (b), UL10 (c), NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104;

Standard of BS steel fire doors: BS476: 22;

Our UL listed steel fire door holds up to 180mins against fire. Key materials of UL listed steel fire doors are galvanized steel and Mgo plate as filler. For gal. steel face panel, we have three options: 0.8mm, 1.0mm and 1.5mm. For filler, we also provide perlite boards and honeycomb paper for your choice.

Material of frame remains galvanized steel, thickness is 1.2mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm.

UL steel fire door thickness is generally 45 mm, frame depth 115 mm.

The types of doors differ in two standard series, namely doors and doors flowing with vision panels. We can also customize different types as per your request.

Our dimensions are standard 6 'x 7 & max. 8 'x 8' for double doors and standard 3 'x 7' and max. 4’X8 for single doors. Attention, here we mean the structural opening sizes. If you only need doors, please inform us of that.

For surface finish, we have powder coating, wood grain and PVC coating for your choice. The color scheme from us is RAL.

Reinforcements

• 3mm thick steel plate on sides of hinges, closer and locks.
• Double U-Type channel made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet
• Doors shall be reinforced for all types of surface devices. Drilling and tapping of surface devices to be performed in this area by the erector.
• The edges of the doors shall be continuously welded and in contact with the floor to ensure their final feel.

Vision Panels

We provide you with a range of different bottles such as CCC certified fire resistant heat resistant glass which has a fire rate of up to 3 hours, a list of 5mm thick UL-listed ceramic glass and 6mm thick boron glass.

The maximum glass area is 100 square meters. Inches per door leaf for 2 hours fire rated doors. When the fire rating longer than 2 hours, we don’t suggest vision panels in doors.

In addition, we provide reinforcement channel and glass frame made of 0.8mm thick galvanized steel.

Hardware

Generally we provide UL listed hardware like fire door closer, fire hinges, fire locks. More options such as panic bars, electric-magnetic door holders and fire door selectors are also available.

Remarks: If you don’t want ironmongery from us but only need us to punch hardware insert holes, please send us the specification and drawings of hardware you need, it will be best if you send us delivery samples.
