Zhongwo UL Steel Fire Door

Fire-rated doors play important role in protecting people from damage in case of fire, in order to reach this goal, fire-rated doors must be a fire and smoke barrier.

Zhongwo steel fire doors pass through fire test in accordance with fire resistant standards such as NFPA252, UL10(b), UL10(c) and CAN/ ULC S104. And they are rated for 45, 60, 90, 100, 120 and 180 minutes fire withstanding ability.

Door Leaf

Main material of Zhongwo UL steel fire doors is galvanized steel or stainless steel. Thickness of the steel sheet is 1.0 mm or 0.8 mm. As for filler we use magnesium oxide board as first choice, however, we have of course options for you such as fireproof perlite board, honeycomb kraft paper, polyurethane foam and mineral wool.

Door thickness by us is 45 mm despite of different fire ratings.

Most popular door opening is 3’ wide by 7’ high for single door and 6’ wide by 7’ high for pair door. Max. Door opening for single door is 1200 mm by 2400 mm; for double door is 2400 mm wide by 2400 mm high.

Note: The sizes mentioned above are for the door leaf and do not include the frame.

We have various kinds of door finishes for your choice. By default we apply powder coating in RAL colors; you can also customize wood grain finish such as rosewood, walnut wood and oak wood grain. Moreover, we can also offer any door in stainless steel 304 grade.

Attention: In circumstances where fire doors with fire rating longer than 2 hours, we do not suggest doors with glass inserts.

Frame:

Package & Delivery

Steel fire doors and frames are individually packed by us. For doors we wrap one layer PE paper at first, then clip 4 foam plates at four edges and corners, after that the door is laid into one strong carton; For frames firstly it is wrapped around PE paper, then put it into strong carton.
